Discreet, Secure Packaging

• Orders are packed in opaque, thick brown cardboard boxes or high-strength, tear-resistant polybags.
• No product names are printed on the outer packaging for privacy-sensitive categories (e.g., Lingerie, Contraceptives, Sexual Wellness).
• This ensures complete privacy and protects the quality of your order.

Delivery Timelines

• India: 6–10 business days.
• International Orders: We also ship outside India with extra shipping cost.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
  
  Delays may occur due to:

1. Customer unavailability, incorrect/unclear address, or missing contact number
2. Accessibility/weather/security issues (e.g., North-Eastern states, J&K, hilly/remote regions)
3. City-specific law & order situations
4. Products on back-order status
5. Not valid during special promotional events.

Shipping Charges & Policies

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders within India.
• COD not available for orders above ₹3,000 and customised products.
• Final shipping charge (if any) is shown at checkout.
• We try to ship all items in one parcel; however, items may ship separately based on availability or product characteristics.
• Some PIN codes may be unserviceable; you’ll be asked to provide an alternate PIN if applicable.
• One order = one shipping address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
• Multiple orders placed within 1–2 days may be combined into a single shipment.

Order Tracking

• A tracking link/URL will be shared once your order is dispatched so you can track delivery in real time.
