Arindiva Life Sciences Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Kegel HeVita Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Account Information
- Name, email address (via Google/Email sign-in)
- Profile data provided during onboarding (age range, fitness goals, 
  health-related preferences relevant to pelvic floor training)

b) Usage Data
- Workout session logs, streaks, check-in history
- App interaction data (features used, session duration)

c) Device Information
- Device type, OS version, app version (for crash reporting & 
  performance monitoring)

d) Payment Information
- Subscription status and transaction history (processed via 
  Google Play Billing — we do not store card details)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide and personalize your workout plans
- To track progress and send reminders (if enabled)
- To process subscription payments
- To improve app performance and fix bugs (via crash analytics)
- To moderate community content and enforce our community guidelines

3. HEALTH & WELLNESS DATA DISCLAIMER
Kegel Pro provides general wellness and fitness guidance related to 
pelvic floor exercises. It is not a substitute for professional 
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health-related inputs 
you provide are used solely to personalize your in-app experience 
and are not shared with third parties for medical purposes.

4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers (Supabase for backend/database, Google Play 
  Billing for payments, crash reporting tools such as Firebase 
  Crashlytics/Sentry)
- Law enforcement, if required by law

5. COMMUNITY FEATURES
If you participate in community discussions, your username and 
posted content may be visible to other users. Do not share sensitive 
personal or health information in public posts. Reported content or 
users may be reviewed and actioned by our moderation team.

6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
You can request account deletion at any time via Settings > Account > 
Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, workout 
history, and community posts within [X] days.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may:
- Access, update, or delete your data
- Opt out of promotional notifications
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us at 
  customercare@hevita.in

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Kegel Pro is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly 
collect data from minors.

9. SECURITY
We use industry-standard measures (encryption, secure authentication 
via Supabase Auth) to protect your data. No security measure is 
perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app 
after changes constitutes acceptance.
